  • Active project files: kept for the duration of the project and 24 months after the last shipment, so we can support repeat orders and warranty questions.
  • Accounting records: kept for at least 7 years as required by Chinese tax law.
  • Marketing enquiries that did not lead to a project: kept for 12 months, then deleted.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we are legally required to keep it.

Our team is based in Shenzhen, China. When you contact us from outside China, your information is sent to and stored in China. Where we forward project files to overseas buyers or overseas factories, only the minimum necessary files are sent, via secure links.

Our services are intended for businesses and adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
